DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Delivery Time= Warehouse Packaging Time + Shipping Time

Warehouse Packagin Time - During non-promotional periods, warehouse packaging can be completed within one working day; Big promotional periods, warehouse packaging can be completed within 1-2 working day.

Shipping time -  Many factors can affect transportation time. We make every effort to ship your product out as soon as possible within the time frame that is listed on each product page.

*Please note that the above time frame doesn't include production time or account for delays caused by vendors and weather.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping Address -The shipping address will be taken from the PayPal record (PayPal checkout model). The address can be changed before we ship your orders. However, once we ship your orders, the shipping method or address can't be changed.

If there is a problem with your address and that caused the package to return, then you will be charged for the shipping cost if you require a refund.
